Rooted is a modern women’s health clinic designed around integrative and functional medicine, offering a more personal, relationship-centered approach to care.
Unlike traditional clinical environments, the goal was to create a brand that feels calm, welcoming, and deeply human—helping patients feel seen, supported, and comfortable engaging with their health.
I developed the full visual identity and communication system, from brand and website to patient education materials and social content. The work focused on building trust through clarity, warmth, and consistency—creating a cohesive patient experience across digital and in-clinic touchpoints
